SHIPPING

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers, so delivery times are not guaranteed. Packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your items have shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.

We are currently only shipping in the United States.

LOST PACKAGES

Li Amor Jewelry is not liable for any products that are lost during transit. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during transit, we recommend contacting the shipment carrier and filing a claim. 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES 

We process orders as quickly as possible to get Li Amor Jewelry pieces to your doorstep. For this reason, we cannot adjust addresses once you have placed an order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase! However, We do not offer returns at this time. For exchanges to be processed within 7-10 business days you will need to reach out to us directly at info@liamorjewelry.com. Should you have any concerns around getting your exchanged product back to us, we will be happy to help.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• We will only accept exchanges within 10 days of the delivery date, anything past 10 days will not be eligible for an exchange. 
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused.
• Items must have all original items included.
• $7.00 will be deducted from your total sale for all exchanges.
• Upon receipt of returned goods, Li Amor Jewelry reserves the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
